President Ruto accompanied with speaker Moses Wetangula have arrived in Mombasa ahead of the interparliamentary games hosted by Kenya’s parliament.
Mps had been instructed by speaker Wetangula to travel by SGR in order to cut on costs especially in such a time where the nation is straining financially.
