In 2024 a list of members of parliament who did not speak during house proceedings or debates has been topped by Oscar Sudi This is according to reports by Mzalendo a non -partisan parliamentary observation group.
UDA had 19 members who did not participate , which was a majority , ODM followed with 4 and the Amani congress followed with two.
What has caught the attention of many is that these members lead conversations outside parliament especially those in support of the government.
