The government has brought about changes in the marriage services they offer in order to meet the various preferences tailored to suit couples.
Attorney General Dorcas Oduor has revealed that couples will now enjoy luxurious ceremony contrary to the previous formal arrangements. Couples can now secure an outdoor setting however in compliance with all the legall requirements for marriage registration.
She also announced the launch of marriage VIP room in Nairobi this room will offer an upscale, expedited marriage service for couples seeking elegancy in their weddings at an upscale fee to reflect premium features including personalized ceremonies with an option to decorate the room on their own.
The AG has encouraged couples who would like to experience these services to visit its offices at the marriage section.
These new additions are going to make civil marriages look different for Kenyans who are used to them being an official event done in the AG’s office without much glitz and glamour.
