The chief Nasolot Michael Mwotor reported that the two who died , were unable to escape when the gold mine collapsed.
A survivor however was left with a broken leg but was rushed to hospital in an attempt to save his life.
The chief continued to say that these young men were out looking to fend for their families as they would sell the little gold they got as was their daily routine.
Miners have been asked to be extremely careful especially during rainy seasons.
